Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding weekends and holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• During new releases or peak seasons, processing may take 3–5 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations

• United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and most EU countries.
• We do NOT ship to: Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Iran, Syria, North Korea, and other sanctioned regions.
• PO Boxes / APO/FPO: Not supported. Please provide a physical street address.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking numberShopify.
• Track your package via the carrier’s website (USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.).
• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International orders: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
• We do not cover customs charges, delays, or seized packages due to local regulations.
• For US orders: As of 2025, all imports are subject to duties regardless of valueShopify.

6. Delays & Issues

• Processing delays: Rare, but may occur due to inventory checks, authentication, or high volume.
• Shipping delays: International orders may face customs delays, weather, or carrier issuesShopify.
• Lost or damaged packages: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve; replacement/refund is offered only if confirmed lost/damaged.

7. Address Changes & Cancellations

• Address changes are allowed only before shipping. Once shipped, no changes.
• Cancellations: Only possible within 24 hours of placing the order and before processing.
